its on my windows folder, but it shouldnt have a problem because ive played and saved dbz budokai 3 for about 2 days, then i found out that i have a bug and i cant complete the stories so i have to use a saved game. is there really no solution? :/

move your pcsx2 folder out from the windows folder move to non-restricting ones.
e.g.
C:\pcsx2\
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)

same error, quick question though, could you copy ur entire pcsx2 folder and let me download it, because i fiddled with it quite a bit because of my fraustration of the budokai

the best way is to re-install your pcsx2

still same error, is this the only way to put save games? isnt there a way to unlock it all by cheats or something? i have waited so long to play this...

oh wow, ive found a possible solution.

i think the problem is with the file. because i looked and saw the save file aswell where you showed it, but when you go into the actuall game it says it isnt formatted, so the problem should be fixed if we change the savegame. could you please get it to ps2 again, i hope im not asking too much

too wierd... now it says: no dragonballz3 save data present on memory card.

damn im thinking i wont get to play this game

Try this.
The card contains two different PAL versions of DBZ B3.
Just extract the archive and replace your first memory card with it
