The plugins are included so you can't 'not have them'.

which graphics plugins(gsdx plugin) i have to keep to get the game at somewhat good speed

ya by keeping the default ones the game runs very slow.it runs at 20% only. i want to play that in atleast good speed

it should be ok with your pc specs.
oh, wait...
you never mentioned them;
seriously, if you need help, give as much detials as possible (plugins config, pcsx2 verion, pc specs, screenshots...)
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

My pc specifications are 2gb ram, core 2 duo processor,256mb inbuilt graphic card.My pcsx2 version is 0.9.6 and graphic plugin is gsdx 852 0.10. i have attached the screenshot of my configuration setting in pcsx2

ok
1st, upgrade to letst beta (have a look at main page)
2nd, you didn't ive your cpu clockspeed (ghz)
3rd, that 256mb inbuiltGPU won't help you. You'll need a real Gpu to achieve good speeds.
