need help for better configs

hi there,
im very new here, so pls dont shot at me if im in the wrong sektion
my problem:
according to my configs(which are exactly like in the guide of this forum) every game i play just stutter so hard that its impossible to play and have fun at the same time.
PS: if someone things its the game, your wrong cuz it is in the "playable" list

my specs:
intel core duo e4400
nvidia geforce 9500gs
2gb ram
and a few parts more^^

first, use the latest beta and plugins. second, try the speedhacks, just experiment. other than that you can't do anything except to overclock your CPU or buy a new one. with decent cooling e4400 should overclock over 3 GHz.

so my cpu is too weak? how much GHZ are necessary to play smoothly?

that depends on the game. Kingdom Hearts should run fine with C2D 2,0-2,2 GHz, but, for example, God of War needs about C2D 3,6+ GHz. ZOE2 is also pretty demanding, last I checked it needed about 3,8 GHz, though that might've changed with the later revisions.

nowhere. you can search this forum for threads about particular games, people like to post their CPUs and how the game works for them, extrapolate from that. your CPU isn't that bad, but it's not great either.
