your gamedisc is damaged.

Remake your ISO using imgburn or try playing from your disc.

how do you fix it ? do you need a new iso ? ive tried many and it keeps doing the same thing what setting should i have the cdvd option in the pcsx2

if you didn't make your iso correctly, try with your original PS2 Gamedisc

im using iso files i dont have any discs

out of curiosity what game is it ?

have you tried other discs?

have you checked to see if it's working in the compatibility list ?
Not sure what graphics card you have, it's memory bandwidth,
it's temperature, fan speed, what pixel shader it has
try TechPowerUp's gpu-z

Not sure what your cpu is try cpu-z
       (hint click on the highlighted links Biggrin)
