Yeah, sorry to be blunt, but... Your PC just won't cut. With those specs I'm surprised you even have 1GB of RAM. From what I've learned so far, to cover pretty much every base, a CPU running a clock speed 3Ghz is great. Anything above 2.5Ghz and you'll be pretty good to go.

Your integrated graphics card isn't doing much help either.

Really, to sum it up. To Utilize PCSX2 you'll need a complete new PC : /

The P4's sucked badly lol.. So.. he'd need like a 5 GHZ P4 to amount to get the same as one core off a 2.5GHZ or summit stupid,

P4 never sucked badly as you describe it. As a matter of fact s478 P4s are relatively good hardware pieces.

Off-Topic; Cain, why do you have HT turned off? Just curious.

GSDx works better without HT xD
HT somewhat hinders OC capabilities.
And, with HT on, it heats like crazy when OCed. Like 20-30C more. Even aftermarket air cooling and a large box with 57239 120mm fans inside can't stop it from going up to 100C xD

I used to have a socket 478 P4 3GHZ with HT...

Anyway's.. Yes.. the P4's sucked.. Clock frequency means and meant nothing when comparing generations of CPU's, and also vendor, this was proven back then when a 2.2GHZ AMD would dominate a 3GHZ P4..

This is also proven to this day, with the E5200 being on par with an AMD X2 3GHZ...
