my EE is only at 65% max, my GS around 40%.

i have no speedhacks on so i shouldnt be getting a false FPS reading, yet in game it lags slightly.

would this be a GPU issue?

nvm turned out i had some hacks on and didnt realised since i didnt click "OK" properly it seems lol

just for future reference, this sometimes happens on cDVD-loaded games as well (as in from your PC drive) this of course depends on your drive

yea i have noticed that too, usually when testing a game before ripping the iso
