according to your CPU T5800, I speculate you are using notebook.

on product series choose GeForce 9M Series (Notebooks)
durable PC since 2008
CPU : E7200 @ 2.53 GHz 1.04 V / OC 3.7 GHz 1.36 V (390*9.5, 4GB DDR2 780)
GPU : 8600GT (GDDR3, 256 MB) / OC (750 / 900)
BOARD : GA-EP31-DS3L (rev 1.0) broken and bought a second hand one replaced
PSU : 300 W
OS : Windows 7 Home Basic x86

This is pretty strange...let's start over.
Delete your whole PCSX2 directory (be sure to keep your bios files)
Download 0.9.6 binary from our site and extract it in a folder of your choice.
Install the latest beta found on our site in the same folder
Try running the game

Also,post your full PCSX2 settings,plugins used and plugin settings as well. Also post the game you are trying to run,how you are trying to run it (ISO? DVD?) and any errors reported in the PCSX2 console

Try running BIOS in the first place to see whether issue reappears.

Perhaps particular game causes it.

btw, your laptop is damn good
about the out of memory, try closing any other applications that running, if no help, try adjusting your windows virtual memory amount higher.

Huh? If you have virtual memory, just disable it. I don't think you need virtual memory once you have a 3GB physical RAM.

guitar hero 3 (pc) need vm to be always on...

3gb is not much when you run many big-big apps at once..
