padPokopom.dll problems

ok,when i try to load the iso it start loading the plugins while its loading the pcsx2 exe stop working pops out and a message that says "a problem causes the program to stop working correctly" and then program close

2 days ago i have the pcsx2 running fine its was working with no problem, but have to reformat my pc, and after i reformat it i update it and download the pcsx2 and now is not working

Wait,how?? i'm exactly in same condition as you windows 8.1 and pokopom problem,what directX version did you install?? 11.2 or what??i will be very grateful if you want to reply this, thank you..
