Better use PCSX2 SVN PCSX2 SVN.

What are the EE/GS% when you get slowdown? PCSX2 Settings?

Try enabling the MTVU and other speedhacks. Try Frameskip of 1, 2 or 2, 2.

the 0.9.6 build is a pretty old one....better use the official build 0.9.8.....if that does not work for you then u could use the svn 0.9.9 with the mtvu hack.....but by looking at your configuration i doubt u'll be able to run games at full speed....ur gpu is seriously weak.....try native resolution and speed hacks to get the maximum fps....

The BIOS(your own dumped form PS2) you are using for PCSX2 0.9.6 will work on PCSX2 0.9.8.

Read the Configuration guide Configuration Guide for PCSX2

Default setting should work fine for many games.

try these settings:

Clamp Mode - none (in both EE/VU)
Round Mode - Nearest

Try Frameskip of 1,2 or 2, 2.

Try playing with Native Resolution in GSDX.

Enable Speedhacks Smile

you supposed to extract bios from your PS2 via LauncherELF+DumpBios-USB.ELF
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3AVqzYcqSw

i suggest taking a photo(web camera) and prove us how did you get your bios..and screenshot of your bios list(Config-->Plug-ins settings--->Bios-tab) if the list is right.
Main Hub:i5-4670(3.4Ghz Factory Clocked),ATi Radeon HD7770(GDDR5+128-bit+1GB),Win 10 SL(x64),ASUS H8M-E,8GB DDR3 RAM
