You wont see it in the "quick reply" box. You need to first click the "ADD REPLY" button on the lower or upper right, then look for "Attachments" section right above the post/preview buttons.

Yes, why should he need to give out his skype account(if he has one) when you can use the built in feature of this forum or youtube or whatever.

ahh you realy helped i ask one normal question how to do that i dont have flickering on pcsx2 0.9.8 flickering is not black screen and not something bad with my graphic card is ***** twinckle! im trying to tell you all the day but you saying your same..
