n dx9 choose a resolution rom the drop-down menu, on dx10 alt + Enter

what toolbar? Mellow

and just to be more specific Tongue
in gsdx in the top dropdown you set the resolution you want for dx9 Tongue
and for dx10 the same dropdown but you have to do "Alt+Enter" Tongue
