i HAVE directx11 btw but it's still slow i mean it dosen't drop below 36 fps so the games are playable but i HATE noticeable slowdowns but ill try your settings thanks Smile btw before i do this do you guys think overclock my CPU would help?

you're running an i3, like me. look in my i7 thread, I posted my current settings there. Fezzer was doing me a favor in running some tests, and settings were being compaired

Well, those are settings Saiki made to boost speed for slower PCs.

ok thanks oh and btw i have a little problem i don't have gsdx 10 i have 9 i don't know why, there's an error when i open the plugin/bios selector:

gsdx 10 doesn't appear when you lack either an up to date directx or an outdated GPU driver.
Now, I dunno how that custom gsdx you're using behaves. Can't be sure it'll work this way, then.
anyways, we don't support custom builds.
