ahhh... finally an explanation.... UAC is always the first I disable...
But than it is a problem of writing permission which does not allow programes without administrator level to write in program files or? Wouldnt it be smarter to put all files that are changed during emulation into mydocuments? Or just run pcsx2 using the 'Run as Administrator'-optiion (with UAC feedback then)
