pcsx2t.exe has stopped working

Hi I'm on windows vista 64 bit, and i get that error message. what do i do, this is a completely fresh install of vista, i installed it just so i could play this dang emulator.

and btw kaspersky says that this program is a virus

Obviously it isn't...if you downloaded it from our official site.From the sound of it,it could be your picky antivirus messing with it

Before accusing Kaspersky, did you download pcsx2 from the official website ?
