persona 4: personas in compedium lvl 99 but no skills?

I've added the cheats 

 Have All Persona in Compendium Book

All Persona Level Max in Compendium Book

All Persona Max Stats in Compendium Book

but yet when I check the compendium there's no skills on my persona? Even if I put them as a main, they don't have any skills. If someone would tell me how to get their skills on there, it'd be great.

WEll you can mod them manually. I did some stuff to mod skills of your persona in the first slot.
I use cheat engine but I will add my cht file here
