- try latest beta instead of 0.9.6
- update your directx to June 2010 version
and try again

What graphics card do you have?

You have a very slow CPU and I'm guessing an even worse graphics card which probably doesn't have the minimum requirements to run PCSX2 in which case there's not much you can do about it, maybe using a (Software) renderer in GSdx would work but it would be extremely slow. PCSX2 just isn't for that machine.

i think you right but can Graphics card solve thatTongue

tried latest beta instead of 0.9.6
update your directx to June 2010 version tested BUT NOT WORK !!! (the same error)

Maybe if you can actually find one to upgrade that system... which I doubt... but still you would be left with a very very slow CPU. You're better off getting a new PC if you still want to try PS2 emulation.
