yea, I'm saving up for a later card. I'm very disappointed it my 8400, it's not much better than the 7100 n the oem build, only plus is DX10

Weak cpu hence low fps consider upgrading or overclocking

It's something else,I get 25fps in battle on NUN4 without hacks,with them ~40 and if I use 60,58,2,1 for VU skip I can say that the game is pretty playable even on my PC.

GSdx and ZeroSPU2(no sound because I never use sound if the game isn't running at full speed and disabling the sound gives me +10 fps).For hacks,everything except Vu Cycle Stealing and WaitCycles Sync Hack(most likely some of the other hacks are useless for this game but I didn't play it much)
