Getting a massive load on the gpu for rendering complex graphics (i.e. the car) and I don't really know what setting to change to fix it. Also playing on a 1070 and i76700@3.4GHz http://imgur.com/a/5mDqe

ogl (aka Open Gl) is a selectable renderer in gsdx configuration tab
Latest GIT is latest developer version (maybe less stable, but with more features and improvements)

Do you have a license key to activate Windows? You need the key to get all the latest Windows 10 updates which will help with solving your issue.
