.pnatch cheat label?

Hi everyone!
I'd like to know how to add label to a .pnatch file? because I think it would be much easier to have toggle-able cheats than me have to edit the .pnath file to disable some cheats.
I tried deleting the comment on the cheat label like example bellow and it seems that is not how to add the labels...or at least doesn't show up on PCSX2 Cheat section
