if this game hasn't been designed to be used with a pointer, definitely not.
or maybe you know of a mod that could do it ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

From what i read, this game isn't compatible with the PS2 USB mouse.

So the only other option would be to mod the game itself before emulating it, then use the USB Qemu plugin to emulate the PS2 mouse.

AFAIK, it won't happen soon Tongue2

You could attempt to use something like autohotkey to not only track the position of your mouse cursor but to also input the proper keys to have the character follow and then just map the rest of the buttons to keyboard and mouse. It would be massively annoying, impractical, not accurate or fast, and probably a waste of time..... but not exactly impossible.
