Get a better CPU, bulldozer architecture is very poor at single threaded applications like PCSX2
Specs: Intel Pentium P5 @ 60 Mhz, 1 Gigabyte HDD, OS: DOS

piledriver or vishera is considerably better (even if it's not as good as intel's sandy/Ivy/haswell)
apart from that, enable recommened speedhacks, set ee cycle rate to 2, vu cycle stealing to 1 for tales of the abyss or dark cloud.
decrease ee cycle rate & increase vu cycle stealing for SotC
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go
