yeah it`s slow and not same quality when i play it at Playstation2

for the slowness you could have atleast read the hardware requirements. as they explain first hand that your cpu is not enough to go full speed. else there easy to use settings to speed it up as much as possible.

as for the graphics there's a lil of basic pc setup knowledge abut the resolution and same try and error all the settings.

btw. asking for help here is a good idea... but saying it's a joke is really off... if you know nothing about it.
