problem to setup lilypad for 4 joypads

i am trying to configure lily pad for 4 joy pads but when ever i start svr2009 only 2 joy pads showing a forum member suggest me to update lily pad i update that but steel i have same problem please any one help me to configure lily pad for 4 joy pads

both duplicate
