what program did you use to create your image?

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings?

Try setting the VU clamps to extra or higher, and if you're using "Async" Synchonizing mode in SPU2-X well change it. And load the game from your last memrycard save and don't load save states if you've been using them.

Huh, when ripping my FFX-2 image, I had also encountered similar problems with the CGI scenes on a real PS2 (and understandably, with that, the image I ripped with it). It could possibly be very well that the underside of your disc is dirty/scratched, although that is just my guess. You could also try what Shadow Lady said above me.

Of course, it isn't a dirty disc if it works on a real PS2, so you might want to test it out on your real PS2.

If none of this works for you, I'm sure you could find patches which allow you to skip the CGI cutscenes.
