program not recognizing other plugins

Information 
only sees pre-installed plugins, new ones i dl'ed and put in plug ins folder arent being seen.

Erase pcsx2.ini
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

it's in your "inis" folder. Have a look a pcsx2's config to find out the correct path
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz

found it, my documents. i went in program files...
PCSX2_ui or PCSX2_vm? ty

You can try just using the binary package and unpack it to a new folder like "C:\emus\PCSX2" then it won't have to look for folders somewhere else:

Dunno? My suggestion doesn't include deleting anything?

Try deleting both?
