The issues you have with DX10 are actually caused by you. Delete the line disabling crc hackfixes from your gsdx.ini and it'll be just fine like for everyone else. DX9 is worth using in only few rare games and this is surely not one of them.
Edit: just in case you didn't understood me, I ment this line "CrcHacksExclusions=all".

I did that when i first launched pcsx2. Tried few minutes ago again. But all I get is absolutely no post-processing effects :[

Yeah couse they're exactly what's breaking the game:]... the only way I found to make this game more or less looking perfect with most post processing enabled is by building custom GSdx;], but that's not supported in here.

I can activate/deactivate those options which are at the image.
