r5xxx don't run on Win7 x64 (0xc000007b)

Hello. I try to run beta versions from Automated Pcsx2 builds
http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/ (v r5151 )
but on x64 OS i get error message with code (0xc000007b)
(on Win7/8 x86 all work Ok)
ERROR SCREEN:
   

AND relese version PCSX2 0.9.8 (r4600) work Ok on X64

Solution finded. i just install some libraries from this

Works fine here on Win 7 X64 there is something wrong with your system.

use english version of pcsx2 rather than the russian version.
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)

0x7b is a missing dependency issue

delete any msvcr files you have downloaded and placed and install the MSVC 9 and 10 SP1 runtime properly

i find only this

i cant change pcsx2 lang because this error when i try to run pcsx2

2008 = MSVC9 (files installed by the 2008 redist are numbered MSVCR90, MSVCT90 etc)

Ok. problem fixed =)
i find all mscv libraries on this tracker and install it.
