yes with yours specs all of games will be slow because your cpu is only single core at.2.6ghz and your gpu isnt good enough (only support ps.1 or 2, directx.9.0). please upgrade your computer entirely.
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.

You've got the slowest PCI-E card ever made... Fact
A low end single core, the P4's weren't very good.

AGP....if his card is PCI-E then it's not bad card but most likely it's AGP.
Also about P4,I have P4 at 2.8GHz(HT not DC) and with speed hack on a lot of games I have good speed(not full speed on all of them but there are games that are running at higher than 60fps)
http://www.nvidia.com/page/fx_5200.html
It's a PCI-E card.. I'm a free-lance I.T tech.
Just by having a PCI-E interface, doesn't make a card good, just PCI-E could give much more bandwidth than AGP could, and thus they move to PCI-E interface.
Take the Radeon HD 3850, that's the best AGP card there is, there's also a PCI-E version, the 3850 will beat even a 7800GT/7900GT.
The P4's were bad CPU's compared to the Athlons, the Athlon's had lower frequencies however were the better chip's, that has changed and it's Intel that's taken charge when it comes to CPU's.
But you probably didn't have the worst PCI-E card there is.

Single-Core Processors even Dont Play 2D Games Perfectly.
?, single core's are more alot of the time, fine... Although dated... I mean you could run like DOW1 off them fine.

I'm talking about Quadro FX 5500 which is a lot better than the AGP FX 5500
Quadro? Aren't they Nvidia's CAD range?
