I'm going to play with PCSX2. i have a i7 4790K @4.8Ghz and a GTX 780ti. this is enough right? to play most games?

It should handle most of the games fine, what games are you trying to play anyway ?

Yes. Still haven't found a reason to OC mine... I had my bad 8350 OCed at 5 ghz and it still could even remotely compare to this awesome CPU..
MOBO - GIGABYTE X570 AORUS MASTER
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT
RAM - 32 Gigs DDR4
HDD - To many to note. NVEM, SSD and HDD
GPU - Nvidia GTX 1070
OS- Windows 10

yah the 4790k cpu has been taunting me to buy since it came out. almost bought one on 3 diffrent occasions but i waiting for ddr4 with equivant chip 6 core better though

This CPU is pretty much the king in STP as mentioned. Nothing rivals it yet. And on top of that, it's great for all other things too. Whether it's for video editing, or even heavy PC gaming, can't go wrong with it.

For PCSX2 the only games that would probably not run at full speed are just games that have issues still that causes incompatibility/slowdowns.

Well it can actually hit 5Ghz, and my friend replaced it with a 4790k sooo... kinda relevant.

Stock CPU not OCed XD it only took intel 5+ years to do it first 4ghz or higher stock cpu since the intro of 3ghz
