specs any good?

i've had this system for two months now and i haven't got any problems with running pcsx2 on it before. games run at full speeds. but recently some games are lagging goes at 48fps and changes to 60fps periodically..

no speedhacks are used.

GT 240 is a little weak dont you think Smile ( compared to i5 2500K )

depend on what game you play. you need speedhack.
even when you get full speed, better to turn on all 3 recommended speedhack.

compared to 2500K on normal gaming. yeah.
on pcsx2, not much if only using 2x or 3x scale on some game.

lol, i thought so at first. until i see his rig listing Smile

imho, for low budget build, it better to get P67 board with non-K series, rather than k series with H61/H67 board Smile
atleast we'll get limited OC capability ^_^

even with overclock, all those Hz can't really replace speedhack Smile

^ lol, yeah.

@OP. post what game you're playing.
and try use all 3 recommended speedhack. should be enough for most game with that CPU. but certain game need extra VU stealing or EE cyclerate hack.

also try to set your gsdx res to 2x scale only.

well i'm playing dragon quest 8. and yeah i don't want to OC.

and res is set at 2x.

oh and it's only an i5-2500 must have been the program who identified it as a k series.
