(( FIXED - Found on another forum that all I have to do is "run as administrator" Solved the problem. ))

Hey everyone, its been a while.

I recently purchased a new asus g53sw laptop and it is an absolute powerhouse, but i'm having problems getting PCSX2 working. I downloaded the latest version (0.9.8) and transferred the bios i had on my other computer. I went through the configuring guide on the forums and ripped an ISO of a game disc (We <3 Katamari) I have.

Here is a copy of the Log from my attempt.

So what am I doing wrong? Should I try dumping the Bios again? Do I need to reconfigure/update any of my plugins? Anyone else had this problem before?

Any advice or fixes would be much appreciated. ^_^

Thanks a bunch,

It's probably because you're using restricted folders, try using the binary packgae and unpack it in a location like C:\PCSX2 and then just copy your BIOS to that new folder.
