w32pthreads.v4.dll problem?

I have just finished downloading the full installer for pcsx2's most recent beta version, but now when i try to start up the program, an error pops up saying "this application has failed to start because w32pthreads.v4.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Well, reinstalling it hasn't gotten rid of this problem, and when i checked the folders, the only file i found close to this was called "W32pthreads.v3.dll", and renaming it doesn't solve this problem either. Please help

v3 doesn't come with the PCSX2 0.9.7 r3113 beta you seem to have installed something else, try the binary download:
