inthe FAQ file with the software, it is recommended config.:

* Windows Vista 32bit/64bit
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.2ghz or better
* GPU: 8600gt or better
* 1gb RAM (2gb if on Vista)
I have this one:
Quote:Windows Xp 64bit
Intel Core i7 920 @ 3GHz
GPU: 9600GT
3GB DDR3 RAM
still, the game is not running.Unsure

That is for the emulator to work and run well. Visit the compatibility list on site for game compatibility

Need for Speed: Carbon is only listed as Intro on v0.9.6 under the compability list. There is a really high risk that the game still doesn't work on the latest beta, which would explain your problem.

So if you have v0.9.6, the game won't work. Your only chance is to try the latest beta.
