Your laptop is complete garbage for pcsx2 ^_^ cannot compete against a desktop

@Riddler: he has a better laptop than my desktop. oh.. and I get 60FPS on BT3 also. So your comment is baseless.

@war: vsync tries to keep it at refresh rate, it does jump and is not constant always

i can run all games that i want on fullspeed and with 2x native so why is it garbage again?

and at the problem, i found out that if i disable the fps limiter i t also disables the vsync option hence the fps speed bump, thanks for the replies tho
