hehe, u think a cooling pad will do the job ? or is it gonna be useless ?
and 1 more thing, why does it get that hot when the load didn't even reach 50% ?

I Couldn't disable the HTT , i didn't find it in the options
i put my laptop in a position where the air can go out freely.
according to the readings , the temp only increases by 20-25 degrees cuz the normal temp is 45-50 degrees

Disassemble the that thing and clean the heat sink. It is better than ANY cooler. Just did it with my laptop and the temp goes down from 90 to 70 degree.
It shall void the warranty, so consider before you actually do it.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions
i managed to keep the temp below 70c by ending some of the processes using the task manager
