Can anyone tell me what kind of requirements are needed to play Fate unlimited codes so it would run at normal speed and not to slow?

there are no known requirements, it's trial and error

it depends mostly on the GPU, I have an intel GMA 4500M and I can only reach 10 fps when in hardware mode, when switching to software the fps bumps enough to be barely playable (around 25 fps), try using dx10 mode and lower resolutions in the gsdx and if your card is bad try to use software mode
