every time i try to load this iso of sonic unleashed NTSC using gsdx SSE2
I GET THOSE CONSOLE MESSAGE AND THIS STRANGE SCREEN ! i know that i have a low end pc .. but i wanna make sure that the DVD is not corrupted as my real ps2 is so dead !! [

Seems you lack the necessary pixel shader 2.0 to run PCSX2, what is your pc specs? try changing the graphic plugin
i tried every single plugin and all the same !

512MB OF RAM
FX5500 GPU
what do you think from those console messages .. is the dvd iso okay ?
Your graphics card is indeed the problem... You'd need a newer graphcis card, and unfortunately even if you got it the rest of your computer would be too slow to play any game full speed.

That specific error? No... that is a hardware error that's caused by your graphics card.

No, maybe a 8600gt/9500gt or better. If you want to play games on PCSX2 at playable speeds you would also need at least something like a core 2 duo 2.5ghz or better, basically you would need a new PC i'm afraid.
