I've finally gotten around to grabbing a copy of the latest (I think?) PCSX2 svn build the other day. Couldn't find too many people posting the latest SVN builds, and I can't be arsed to get all the crap I need to do it myself, so it might not be up to date. Anyways, now I'm completely lost. The interface is totally different from the version I was using, and I seem to be missing a very key feature, the frame limiter.

Has this been removed (doubt it) or renamed? (more likely)

Using r1921, didn't compile it myself, but I can't remember where I got it from.

Not yet implemented.
There are not a lot of "latest" builds, because the trunk is currently undergoing major renovations.
