I think i've tried every setting combination i can think of and i just cant ever get 60 fps. Can someone give me some advice on how to get it running smooth. I have decent specs i guess

Asus X83v
Windows 7 64 Bit
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz
4GB DDR2 Ram
Geforce 9300m GS 512mb

you don't have descent specs for one of the most demanding games under pcsx2.

VU cycle stealing speedhack works well with this game, though.

Is it normal that Dx10 Softwaremode on a Q9550@4Ghz runs with fullspeed?

Im really surprised! Old [email protected] couldn't even get halfspeed!

It's normal if your graphics cards is bad.

If you had given us full specs of your both PCs, maybe we could give a better "diagnosis".
