What's your PC specs? OS and current PCSX2 settings?

depends on your computer specs, in my case i have a midrange dual core and video card and i usually use the beta pcsx2, currently i have PCSX2 1888 beta, settings will be listed by catagory, like CPU, speedhacks, gaphics and so on.
Please dont use the excat same settings UNLESS your using Windows 7 or windows Vista, otherwise you will not be able to use DirectX 10, Have a Dual core Processer Running 2.5ghz or better and a Radeon 4670/Geforce 9500 gt or better. i get 60fps easy everywhere no problem with no graphic problems.
