Ok my problem is that when i try to play a game (Examplely cooper 2)Intro is a bit choppy and the graphics are deformed (By deformed i mean such as sly's body is gone and u can see like the wall beyond his body)Is there a way i can make the software run better

Specs:NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3
AMD Phenom™ 9950 Quad-Core Processor, MMX, 3DNow (4 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
3328MB RAM

try overclockin,g your CPU to 4 ghz.

Your GPU looks quite weak too.
Enable native in gsdx and use some speedhacks.

The graphic glitch description is really vague, but try enabling logarithmic z in GSdx.
For speedups overclock your cpu and vga card, use moderate speedhacks, switch to a recent OS and use DX10.
