When the game starts, as a i click new game. Graphics get cut off like diagonally. i dont know what settings are best for this...
btw as the game starts graphics seems really good and smooth but just when i click new game and intro starts, it gets really choppy. and one part of the screen is pure black.
I get about good 60 FPS.

Set GSdx to DX10 Hardware at renderer
So all this time you were talking about Final Fantasy X-2 (10 - 2 ) and NOT Final Fantasy XII (12)...You can fix the videos by pressing F9 but it will be slow.

The FFX-2 FMVs are a known issue with PCSX2. You have to use Software rendering mode (which is what you are using by pressing F9); it's more compatible, but usually slower than Hardware mode, unless you have a really powerful CPU with a really crappy graphics card.

would changing to software rendering help with FFXII videos also? I am having that problem with that problem.
As far as I know, FF12 shouldn't have that issue with videos (I never had it myself). You are free to try the software renderer though since it generally is more compatible.
