In menus it is 60 fps to 200 fps, but ingame and in FMVs, it drops to and below 10 fps. The video is also garbled, to the point of not being able to see anything.

All default

CPU:
Intel Core Duo 2.0 GHZ
1 GB of Ram
Nvidia Geforce 8880GTX 256mb

Game works fine, bogus bug report. Moved to general discussion.
Settings all default tells us nothing. State which plugins you are using and which PCSX2 version

Nevermind. I figured it out, It was my graphics plugin. You can lock this if you want.[/align]
