PS2X keeps crasging after 3 or 4 seonds...

I'm new at using PS2X so I've folllowed loads of tutorials and tips from this forum but I still can't get it right.

It starts normaly but after the "Plastation 2" logo comes up, it crashes...

The final line in the command prompt is

"vtlb miss : addr 0x4, mode 0"

Any idears where I went wrong?

Any tips on how I can fix this?

Some stuff you might find usefull, but It's not the complete quote from the command prompt:

*Crash*

Thanks for your time and help.
Well for starters you seem to have a mess of plugins there, I recommend you back up your BIOS then delete your current PCSX2 folder then get the PCSX2 0.9.6 release from the site and start again.

You also didnt mention what game were you trying or what settings you have, that would be useful.
i have the same problem too i tried playing playing dot.hack infection
i could actually play only at the beginning like wrote my name checked mails and so on but when it actually came to playing the game it crashes at the now loading

these are the settings i used:
graphics: SSE41
Sound: SPU2-x 1.10
Cdvdrom: P.E.Op.S. CDVD (CDDA mod) 1.3.0/Gigagherz's CDVD Pugin 0.7.0

this is my cpu:
Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU
E7200 @2.53GHZ
2.53GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM
dot hack games usually require you to use microVU in the latest beta
I have also there same problem, and I play Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja 5. If I do a speciel move, it came up.

It's a laptop. Windows 7
Intel core 2 duo
t8300 @ 2,4 GHz
4 GB of ram

I can't upgrade my laptop, before after december.
Using microVU fixes Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5/Accel 2
And how can I get from?

I'm a new member.
Get the latest beta and activate microVU from "Config > CPU" options.

http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html
There are four of them, which one should I take?
There are 2 of them, take 2 seconds to properly read the options. There are 4 VU options in general but only 2 VUrecs that are microVU
