is there a way to set the volume in pcsx?

im playing GOW and the sound is really loud so every time i play i forget to turn it down before and yeah


would it work to put a volume slider in the audio?
im using spu2-x plugin

You can use P.E.Op.S Sound plugin which has a volume option, additionally if you have windows Vista/7 you can change the volume for pcsx2 from the windows Volume Mixer.

I had problems with P.E.Op.S, so I stick with SPU-X, also, 'lo the mighty Win7 Seperate audio function
