im new here, but ive been using pcsx2 for a while now. recently after getting ms saga and playing it (works), ive been getting this error wenever i try to start it up again and play any game

You're using some ancient unsupported beta build and an undub ISO which is illegal unless you own both JAP and USA regions of the same game (which I'm quite sure you don't).
You won't get support here, closed.
