hey there please forgive for asking this question, im sure it has been asked one million times before, but im new to this so bare with me
i was wondering if it is possible to get a bios plugin without getting it off your ps2, since i dont actually have a ps2 so if you could please help it would be much appreciated.

Too bad, then ask your friend to help you.
Any PS2 BIOS distributed on the Internet is illegal, if you found one, great, you are against the law.

oh really wow didnt realise it was illegal to do, i ask just because im use to emulators not needing something like this hence ps1 emulator where you can just run it off your computer without actually needing a ps1. thanks for your help, i certainly dont want to get banned or get an illegal bios, might just buy a ps2 .
