I currently get anywhere from 50-100%. Most of the time it's around 60-65 for playing/50-100 for cutscenes (intro fire was like 60, the first game of blitzball was 80-100), wondering if I can improve...

I'm using the beta.r1888 since from browsing 20+ search pages it seems to be recommended.

Thanks in advance!
Not much really, you already have configured the emulator properly and are using many hacks. Your best bet (without upgrading of course) would be moving to Vista/Windows 7 to make use of DX10 hardware mode of GSdx which will give you an FPS boost. Also disable the 2 microVU recompilers in CPU, that will give you a couple more fps
Thanks for the help - I'll check into getting Windows 7.
I tried disabling the 2 microVU compilers and I dropped from my 38-40 fps to 3-5 fps, so I re-enabled them. I also tried enabling the microVU and I gained a few %. I suppose that's all the suggestions you have, excluding upgrading my hardware though.
