Hello,

I wanted to try PCSX2 on my computer today, running Ubuntu 9.10. I noticed that, while the Windows 1888 public beta runs great on my comp with its side-OS, the Linux version lags a lot behind and could not boot any PS2 game I tried with it. Moreover, the Linux version seems not to be maintained anymore.

I do not have the proficiency of compiling such a large project on my Linux machine. I could not find any thread on the forum dealing with the state of the Linux version either.

Does anyone know if a new build is feasible from SVN? Is a recent binary available for download somewhere?

No binary is available. But the linux build is way better these days, it also uses a new compile system (cmake). Can't be of any further help, since I got no idea about Linux stuff
