As far as I remember those messages are fixed by using the latest beta, for better speed also using the latest beta and latest beta plugins should help.
Show us your full settings so we can help better, for now I can tell you to try reducing the internal resolution (even native resolution could be necessary), disabling Vsync and trying the "VU cycle stealing" speedhack in the latest beta.

I downloaded the beta, it worked thanks. but there are only graphical problems with dragon ball BT3 and Metal Gear Solid 3 subsistence.
i can add some pics but I dunno know where to.
God bless you psx2 team.
Sory to bring this thread back to life but i' seem to be having some problems.
The game works mostly fine but it sometimes runs at 32fps (being the average 59 or so) and some of the movies play at 20fps being allmost impossible to watch (and by impossible i mean unbearable).
Machine
Procesor:AMD Phenom II X4 955
Mother: Asus
RAM:4 GB
Video card:Nvidia GTX240 1GB (GDDR3 i think)
O.S: Windows 7 Home Premium X64.
Should be running fast as hell with that, but well.
Any light on this issue is highly appreciated.
Weak graphics card, use "native" in GSdx.
Post your PCSX2 settings so we can help better.
The graphic card is okay, "GTS 240" translates to a 9800GT with 1GB memory
I don't have the game but from some reports this seems to be a very demanding title.
Dunno if any machine can get it to full speed.
If the speed hacks don't do much, you're just out of luck.

Hmmm... guess I jumped to conclusions very fast but the problem is if he has a "GT 240" GDDR3 one which is about half the memory bandwidth of the GDDR5 one making it weak. I haven't seen many (actually any
) GTS 240 so I didn't even think of that one at all.
Using native resolution in GSdx and maybe enabling 8-bit textures would help maybe. As for speedhacks VU cycle stealing could help a bit.
Right, I assume he meant GT(S) and not X.
If it's just a GT then the case is clear
Thanks Shadow Lady!!!
VU cycle stealing did work. Now it runs fine (tough it runs too fast on some parts but that's a minor issue, since it generally runs at acceptable speed).
